“Having planned a wedding from a distance and knowing exactly what I wanted, Caryn was a great listener and a patient individual. She helped bring to life what I envisioned and our wedding was a stand out! The flowers were gorgeous, the decor and lighting stunning and all the little details that she helped bring to life were what made me especially happy. She helped with our donation cards, candy table, draping, color blasts, centerpieces and name card table.”

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR FLORALS

Is there a minimum spend for you to design our wedding florals?

Yes—we have a minimum floral investment of $6,000 before taxes.

We put a lot of care into sourcing the right blooms, designing florals that align with your vision, and building arrangements that feel elevated, refined, and personalized to you. This minimum helps us dedicate the time, creative energy, and resources needed to deliver the quality and experience our couples expect—and that we’re known for.

If you’ve landed here because you loved what you saw on our website or Instagram, you’re likely already aligned with our aesthetic and approach. Most of our couples invest between $7,000–$12,000+ before taxes on their wedding florals.

Not sure what that includes? Once we chat about your vision, we’ll walk you through where to focus and how to make the most impact, while keeping everything clear, cohesive, and stunning from start to finish.

What happens after we submit the inquiry form above?

Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll review it within 24 hours on weekdays. (Weekends are usually dedicated to wedding setups or well-earned family time, so responses may take a little longer.)

If your date is available, you’ll receive an invitation to book a Zoom consultation with Caryn. On the call, we’ll walk through your vision, talk about your guest experience goals, and get clear on your priorities. We’ll also share more about how our design process works and what it’s like to work with our team.

You’ll then receive a custom floral design proposal tailored to your wedding. We aim to send this within 48

We keep things simple and easy to track—email is our main mode of communication. It allows us to keep everything organized, exchange inspiration images, and refer back to past conversations as needed.

How do we communicate throughout the design process?

We keep things simple and easy to track—email is our main mode of communication. It allows us to keep everything organized, exchange inspiration images, and refer back to past conversations as needed.

That said, if something feels easier to talk through on a call or Zoom, we’re always happy to set up a quick meeting. Our goal is to make the process feel collaborative and clear without adding to your overwhelm.

What is your policy on changes or cancellations?

We only take on one wedding per weekend, so when you book with us, we block off that date completely for you. We also turn away other inquiries for the same weekend—so your booking holds real weight.

Once your contract is signed and your first 25% payment is received, your date is secured and that payment becomes non-refundable.
If cancellation happens within:

  • 3 months of the wedding date, the second payment is also non-refundable

  • 2 weeks of the wedding, the full amount is due

This policy also applies to date changes, since we may not be able to accommodate the new date or rebook the original one. If you’re feeling unsure about any details, we’re always happy to walk you through the timing and help you book when you’re ready with confidence.

What is required to secure our date?

To officially book, we require a signed contract and a 25% non-refundable payment. Once both are received, your date is secured and we will reserve the entire weekend exclusively for your wedding.

We don’t take on more than one wedding per weekend because we want to be fully present, fully prepared, and give each couple our 101%. It’s our way of ensuring that your experience—just like your florals—feels completely intentional and beautifully cared for.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT WEDDING PLANNING

What’s the process for starting to work with you on our wedding planning?

Once we’ve had our initial Zoom consultation and you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send over a contract and request a $1,000 first payment to officially begin the planning process.

From there, we set up a monthly payment schedule with equal installments leading up to your wedding month. This approach helps make things more manageable and avoids a large final payment just before your wedding day.

We believe in keeping things clear, practical, and easy to follow—so you can focus on planning with confidence, not financial stress.

What is your communication style with clients?

We like to keep communication clear and efficient—while still making it feel warm, responsive, and collaborative.

Email is our go-to for most planning-related communication—especially when we’re sharing vendor suggestions, timelines, or important documents. It keeps everything easy to track and reference later.

For quick questions or updates, we’re happy to set up a WhatsApp group chat with you. It’s a great way to stay connected and keep conversations flowing without overloading your inbox.

We don’t use Instagram or Facebook DMs for wedding communication, as notifications can be missed and they’re not reliable for time-sensitive details. We want to make sure nothing important slips through the cracks, especially on wedding day!

What is your policy on changes or cancellations?

We dedicate ourselves to only one wedding per weekend to ensure we can give each wedding our 101%. Once you sign the contract and send in your first payment, we block off your date and weekend. We, unfortunately, have to turn away other couples who inquire about the same weekend. Therefore, your first payment is non-refundable; any monthly amount already paid is also non-refundable.

For date changes, the fee is the same as a wedding month-coordination service for the new date, which is $3000.

“We had a great experience dealing with A Timeless Celebration for my daughter’s wedding. The service was great and the prices were fair. Caryn listened to what we were looking for and made helpful suggestions. She suggested we use the centerpieces as part of our decoration for the ceremony, saving us money. She did not try to sell us items we were not looking for.”
