“Having planned a wedding from a distance and knowing exactly what I wanted, Caryn was a great listener and a patient individual. She helped bring to life what I envisioned and our wedding was a stand out! The flowers were gorgeous, the decor and lighting stunning and all the little details that she helped bring to life were what made me especially happy. She helped with our donation cards, candy table, draping, color blasts, centerpieces and name card table.”

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR FLORALS

Is there a minimum spend for you to design our wedding florals?

If you love what you see on our website and social media, let’s chat! We’d love to bring your dream wedding vision to life.

But first, here’s the thing, there’s quite a bit that goes into all of your beautiful florals – from hunting down the perfect blooms to the artistry and time spent on designing every piece to match your dream.

We do have a minnimum spend of $6000 befor taxes. This helps us ensure we can dedicate all the necessary resources, care, and creativity to make your floral dreams a reality without compromising on the quality or the personalized service we’re known for.

Think of it as us ensuring your wedding day is as stunning as the pictures that inspired you to reach out to us. It allows us to focus fully on creating those magazine-worthy designs and experiences that you and your guests will remember forever.

To give you an idea, our couples typically spend between $7000 to $12000 before taxes for their wedding florals. We invite you to fill out the form above so that we can give you more specifics on the cost of flowers that you want for your special day.

What happens after we submit the inquiry form above?

We will review your inquiry typically within 24 hours on weekdays. On weekends, chance are, we’re busy making another couple’s wedding dreams come true, or taking a well deserved break with our families =)

Once we review your inquiry and if your date is available, we will invite you to schedule a Zoom call with Caryn. On the call, she will get to know you more as a couple, your wedding visions and what’s most important to you. She will also tell you more about our company, the design process and what it’s like to work with our team.

After the call, she will create a floral design proposal for you to review. We know you’re anxious to know what your floral investment will be to achieve your vision, usually the design proposal will land in your inbox within 24 hours of the call so you make quicker decisions and book us in faster so you have another item checked off your never-ending planning to-do list.

How do we communicate throughout the design process?

It’s easy! We’re just an email or a phone call away. Most often, email is easiest as we can have everything noted in writing in case things are forgotten and it’s easy to exchange inspirational images with each other.

What is your policy on changes or cancellations?

We dedicate ourselves to only one wedding per weekend to ensure we can give each wedding our 101%. Once you sign the contract and send in your first payment, we block off your date and weekend. We, unfortunately, have to turn away other couples who inquire about the same weekend. Therefore, your first payment is non-refundable. If it’s less than 3 months prior to your wedding, your 2nd payment is also non-refundable; less than 2 weeks, the total investment amount is payable if your wedding has to be cancelled. This also applies if there’s a change of date.

What is required to secure our date?

A 25% payment is due upon signing of the contract. Once both are received, your date is secured and we will block off your weekend and will not take on other weddings.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT WEDDING PLANNING

What’s the process for starting to work with you on our wedding planning?

Once you decide to work with us after we have a Zoom consultation, we will require a signed contract and the first payment of $1000 to start the process. After than, we have an equal monthly payment schedule up until the month of your wedding day so it’s easier for you and not have to fork out a big chunk right away.

What is your communication style with clients?

We love using emails for the “official” things like when we’re giving you vendor suggestions and sending you their contract. For quick questions and chats, we can create a WhatsApp group chat with the couple.

We do only text messages during the week of the wedding so that’s a bit more difficult to keep track of during the wedding planning process.

We also don’t use social media DM’s as sometimes they’re not reliable, we’ve had missed notifications or we’re just not notified. And we wouldn’t want that for time sensitive things on your wedding day!

“We had a great experience dealing with A Timeless Celebration for my daughter’s wedding. The service was great and the prices were fair. Caryn listened to what we were looking for and made helpful suggestions. She suggested we use the centerpieces as part of our decoration for the ceremony, saving us money. She did not try to sell us items we were not looking for.”
