  • We do not accept kickbacks (money for referrals) from vendors. Vendors must know that the clients are the recipients of any discount given.
  • We treat each client fairly, and we will be honest and upfront in the representation of our clients.
  • We uphold our ethics. We will not take or attempt to take clients from, or discredit, other vendors with gossip or slander.
  • Every client will receive a detailed contract and invoice for Wedding Coordination, Destination or Full Wedding Planning service.
  • We will provide all services agreed upon in the contract that must be signed by both the client and Coordinator at the commencement of service.
  • We believe in continuous education, networking and training within the Wedding Industry.
  • Our pricing is upfront (as stated above).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you offer wedding-day of coordination?

We specialize in full wedding planning from A to Z and wedding-month coordination. We do not offer just the wedding-day coordination. There’s not enough time for us to get to know all that you’ve worked so hard to plan over the past year. It takes time to get to know your vision, your style and vibe and to confirm the logistics with the talented vendors that you have hired. We will help you iron out your wedding day itinerary and make sure that no details are missed, as well as take care of any last minute items that may come up. When we’re able to jump in during the last month of your wedding, we find that that’s the sweet spot to make sure everything is in place for your big day.

How early should I book your wedding planning services?

Now! If you’re sure you want to have someone take care of everything from vendor research, referrals, budget help and everything else from A to Z, it’s never too early to off load our never-ending to-do list to your wedding planner.

Our couples hire us anywhere from 18 months to 6 months prior to their wedding to help with the full planning.

For wedding-month coordination, we also suggest that you book us a-sap as we only take on one wedding a weekend regardless if it’s just flowers, coordination or both. We want to make sure our team is dedicated to your wedding 101% on your special weekend.

Can you plan my wedding within my wedding budget?

It depends! We work with some of the best vendors in Montreal. With the quality and level of service, often their fees aren’t the lowest you’ll find, but you would be happy to know that you’re working with some of the finest vendors in town.

Typically, our couples who have a list of 100 guests spend on average $60,000k on their main vendors including venue, caterer, rentals, DJ, photographer, florals and cake. Of course, this really depends on the venue and what are the specifics that you want for your wedding to make it memorable for you and your guests.

During our consultation, we will briefly go over your budget expectations. Once you decide to work with us, we will talk about your budget in more detail during our first planning meeting. We will find  out what is most important to you for your wedding and we will allocate your budget accordingly.

How do you select vendors? Do you have preferred vendors?

We do have some vendors that we work with a lot. We know that they are highly professional and some of the best in the industry.

We only recommend vendors to you based on your style and your budget for each vendor. We recommend ones who we know would fit your needs and not based on the fact that we get a commission from them for referring them. We have our couple’s best interest in mind and we don’t get a kick-back from our vendors. Occasionally, some vendors offer our couples a discounts for being our clients, which is always a plus!

Do you handle RSVP tracking and guest management?

We definitely can if you want! Most of our couples like to take care of this yourself but if it’s easier for your situation (i.e. you could be living abroad and may not be easy for you to receive RSVP’s by snail mail), we can handle it for you.

Do you attend and oversee our wedding rehearsal?

Yes! Although 75% of our couples don’t do wedding rehearsals, because they’re either not from Montreal or their officiant don’t do rehearsals. But for those who want to just have a quick run-through of who and how will the bridal party be walking down the aisle, we can definitely help with that. The rehearsal is usually done one or two days before your big day.

If you can’t have a wedding rehearsal, don’t fret! A lot of our couples don’t. They gathering their bridal party 10 minutes before the ceremony begins to meet with their officiant to go through who will be walking down the aisle and the cue we will have for each other. Otherwise, we can handle the coordination and cues even if you don’t get a chance to have a quick chat with your hired wedding officiant.

Do you have experience with destination wedding?

Yes! We’ve planning weddings in Mexico, Croatia, China and Hong Kong. We are part of an organization of destination wedding planners so we have our spies in other countries!
